Building up endurance for distance

  • Focuses on building your endurance for distance runs. Testing and finalizing running gear and other details for the race.

Race day and further ahead

  • Prepare for race day. After the race, celebrate. This is the perfect time to further yourself into your next goal. Better your timing or run a marathon as a next goal.
