If you are not at the 5k level, please visit 5k Training Ecourse for the 5k ecourse. This ecourse will get you to a 5k level in 10 weeks or less.

The ecourse is composed of the following:
Getting started with half marathon preparation
Equipment needed, Planning needed, What you need to know to get started
Building up running base
Building up the base for distance running. Testing different techniques and gears to see which one works best for you.
Running race registration
Select a race that is best suited to your needs. Plan for the race and make all arrangement for race day in terms of hotels, flights etc.
Building up endurance for distance
Focuses on building your endurance for distance runs. Testing and finalizing running gear and other details for the race.
Race day and further ahead
Prepare for race day. After the race, celebrate. This is the perfect time to further yourself into your next goal. Better your timing or run a marathon as a next goal.
