Half Marathon Running is a blog about marathon running and fitness products like energy gels. I started writing this blog in 2012 just before participating in the London Marathon. This blog was written to share my thoughts on taking part in the marathon. I’m an obsessive runner. Every year I participate in a number of different marathons.
Since 2007, I’ve completed eight marathons and many shorter distance races. I’m a member of a local runners club. Each month we organize short runs to get ready for the big marathons at the end of the year. Running in Marathon has good health benefits. First of all, you have to start working out few months before the Marathon in order to be prepared for the day. Second, the event is healthy and energetic. Third, it makes you happy as you will be running with so many others. Marathon running needs a lot of preparation. You need to build up you stamina to walk those extra miles; buy those perfect pair of shoes and be ready to get a sense of wonderful achievement.
